    I dislocated my shoulder the other day when I came off my bike, My break seized round a corner, Came off bout 25-30mph, quite lucky I suppose.

    I have an air pistol, I am pretty sure a pellet in the ear or two might have some effect.

    The Air Rifle might be better for this. However, it is harder to shoot yourself in the ear with.
