typical!
this looks pretty nice!!
Yes I'm not that fussed per say by the number of bedrooms but I do want to have enough rooms to have a library - a big giant kitchen with table to eat and family room sofa bit - plus a play room for my (as yet unconcieved) children.
Plus a bedroom for me and an ensuite - plus say 2 chilrens bedrooms and a spare room and family bathroom.
However the bigger the house the more you have to maintain - plus buying things like furniture is really expensive (unless you buy everything form Ikea or argos or ebay) and not something you usually factor in when looking at houses and stuff. hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
For that? I hope you don't mean 12 million. It looked awfully small. I hope theres more in the back, or it comes with its own vinyard.
It's not small at all. Pretty decieving though.
The front of the house has it;s own beach, two boat jetties, it has some enormous rooms inside with the most amzing solid oak staircase. Seperate servants quarters. It is amazing.
And of course it was built on the 4th most expensive area in the world.
I'll upload the videos tomorrow to prove it.
All I need to do is work out how to get me mitts on it when they die...

I guess I probably should have read it if it said anything, I just saw the small part of a house
In that case though with its own beach :thumb:

I'd be paying £600 (for my half) but bills though. I HIGHLY doubt I'm going to be able to afford anything like that.
Shame my lottery numbers didn't come up
All i have to do now is get things finalised

I love the floorplans in that house (except the basement which ive already re-worked) but the outside is ugly....so that also needs to be re-worked
ETA are you actually planning on having that house built, or just dreaming about it like the other people who have posted are? Cos if you are, I'll be your best mate if I can come and watch your cinema and play on your bowling alley and whatnot!
ETA 2: Here is my dream home: Clicky. Shame about the revolting sofas but I'm sure they could be replaced!
Oooooer and i like the bowling alley idea I doubt its do-able though

that house is amazing, i think im in love
you must be minted!
yes, it's massive and pretty looking from the outside. But the inside is tacky. Money cannot necessarily buy style!
