Meal 1 - Soya "bacon" sandwhich, apple, yoghurt.
Meal 2 - 100g Cottage cheese, handful nuts and seeds.
Meal 3 - half cup wholeweat pasta with homemade source + 20g protein shake
Meal 4 - Salad + 2 boiled eggs
I have to look forward too...
Meal 5 - Small serving Quorn mince with bolognese sauce + tiny serving of cheddar + Salad
Meal 6 - 30g Protein shake w/milk + half handful of almonds and seeds
Meal 7 - 30g Caesin shake
