It's having to download and upload so much when getting things live, you end up just using the desktop rather than folders.

Nice desktop, dont like the yellow-ness

your right, the yellow-ness is a bit annoying now you mention it.

How do I remove the yellow-ness and have no colour replace it, been looking at other peoples desktops on here and there icons are see thru.

Anyone know how i do this, Im looking in the control panel under display?

    Cheers

when i do that, there are a range of colours to chose from, but no option to say 'no colour' ie see thru

I have tried white but it still leaves a white box around all the text.

I think it must have been me messing around with it ages ago.

There is no restore defaults button. I tried making it white but it still leaves a white box :)

I did that once. Because it's see-through as default on XP, but if you change it, I don't know how the hell you change it back. Are there no answers on Google?

    Anyway, my work computer:

Why dont you change the theme of the whole computer to windows default on the main tab that might do it?

looking at all these desktops i find it strange that a lot of them have low resolutions (800 x 600 or 1024 x 768). Personally i cant stand small desktops, and go for the highest that the graphics card/monitor can allow.

Jason, if I were you I'd go get some whois protection on your domain because your personal info is in open view. Spammers can harvest your email addy form a whois check, they can also get your address :(.

You registered your domain through eNom so check out their ID Protect feature - http://www.enom.com/help/faq_idprotect.asp

p.s. you running a web server form home?

    From Mango:)

And during the domain reg. i choose not for my details to become public
