Im physically working everyday, and im eating 3 peices of fruit, some chocolate, and 30g protein, 2L pure water, a day..
Is this healthy or do i need more to get healthy and toned? as i am actually trying to build up aswell.

for one, you need 5 portions of fruit or veg per day. You dont need any chocolate, and im not sure about 30g of protein but it sounds fuck all.
Sounds fairly reasonable.
