  It hadn't occured to you what joining the military meant ? and why would you want to direct fire on innocent civilians ? no western Military teaches this.

  I guess I wouldn't want it known that I was a gutless sheep that was too cowardly to take part of the defense of my nation, either... Always a justification SOMEWHERES for not wanting to do the necessary thing.
