I just wanted to point out that there is a big difference between fully blown acne and teenage spots. Yes, most teenagers get a few spots, but the rest of their skin is usually clear. Acne is when a whole portion of your face such as cheeks/jaw/forehead or maybe even all over, is red, angry, bumpy, and doesn't go away.
I used to have horrible acne on my cheeks and jawline, from the age of about 12-15. It affected my confidence a lot, and it's all very well saying it's all in someones mind, but until you have had it, and had complete strangers looking at you in disgust, you don't really know what it's like.
I got medication for it and although my skin still isn't perfect (at 23) it's far better.
Also: there is a cream called Freederm you can get over the counter, that's quite good and doesn't male your skin sore. Cutting out junk food can help too.
It made sense before a number of posts were deleted from the thread. It wasn't just a random post.
And yes, I'd say to the OP to go to the doctor and get them checked out.
What might put people off is the thought that they see you have a problem and perhaps think you're not doing anything to solve it.
What have you tried to get rid of the spots apart from cutting out fast food?
3 Stone is a hell of a lot of weight to lose.
I'm trying to find if there is any alternative remedy.
