As for MRSA (Or 'Mrs A'), you should know if your relative has it because you'll be asked to don an apron and gloves when visiting. And more than likely it will be written in large letters on the name board.
there not the actual medical notes they are kept in the nurses office in seperate folders, all these have in are a communication sheet between nurses/doctors and patient/relatives and the OB's sheets and nutrition charts.
