    All you need to remember when eating healthy is to avoid things like, butter, margarine, full fat milk and cream, all kinds of cheese except for low fat cottage cheese, fatty meat, sausages and pies, chips, crisps, nuts, biscuits, cakes, pastry and most processed foods.

    Like if you have a bacon sandwhich then grill it using back bacon or cut off the fat. Lean meat is great. Also try to use low fat spreads, semi skimmed milk, maybe try and avoid salad dressings and other sources that are not low fat etc. There is a massive amount of stuff you can eat if you look into it and don't start to get picky.
