If on the higher rate, do you take advantage of any tax breaks you could receive?

Sat 7am - 8.59pm = £8.24
Sat 9pm - 11.59pm - £10.98

Confused... I am...
When I qulaify, the nursing guild [agency] would pay me £58 per hour for a bank holiday, along with travelling expenses. Whereas an general shift in the nhs on a bank holiday would be just under 16 quid an hour!!!
In answer to the question though, my ex-boyfriend is on 5.60 an hour, plus a 65% off discount on all stock,including sale items. Not that I'm jealous or anything :impissed:

£6.50ph is for work i do for my mum, accounts stuff.
£45ph is what ill get for doing tv extra/modelling work. Not sure about the tax yet though. Im changing the first job soon so i guess it depends what i earn in that as to what i need to pay for the additional income.
