    Eh - that's a rather large difference...??

    What do you do?

If on the higher rate, do you take advantage of any tax breaks you could receive?

    Depends

    Mon - Fri: 7am - 8.59pm = £6.17
    Mon - Fri: 9pm - 6.59am = £8.24
    Sat 7am - 8.59pm = £8.24
    Sat 9pm - 11.59pm - £10.98
    Sun 12am - 6.59am - £13.71
    Sun 7am - 8.59pm = £10.28
    Sun 9pm - 11.59pm = £13.71

    Confused... I am... :(

When I qulaify, the nursing guild [agency] would pay me £58 per hour for a bank holiday, along with travelling expenses. Whereas an general shift in the nhs on a bank holiday would be just under 16 quid an hour!!!

I was on commission in my last job, althought I applied for a job in Topshop without knowing their hourly rate, does anyone know what it is? :chin:

In answer to the question though, my ex-boyfriend is on 5.60 an hour, plus a 65% off discount on all stock, including sale items. Not that I'm jealous or anything :impissed:

    Sorry, only just seen that.

£6.50ph is for work i do for my mum, accounts stuff.
£45ph is what ill get for doing tv extra/modelling work. Not sure about the tax yet though. Im changing the first job soon so i guess it depends what i earn in that as to what i need to pay for the additional income.
