    Even if it is placebo (which I'm not saying it is) if its working, whats the difference?

    hmm. I like not that...

    Anyhoo, I tend to eat my veg n stuff, in big quantities. Mum makes this ace vegetable soup, which is well good for you, and contains bugger all fats and stuff. Appeals to me, since I'm definitely the calorie-conscious type.
    Used to take Vit C tablets, but often forgot to do so, I'm not that bothered really.Didn't really notice the benefits, tbh.
