  banning him from the canteen smacks of too much common sense!
  why ban him from the wards where he is a valuable proffesional just cos he was a twat in the canteen. i think i'm right ...why he was reinstated so quickly.

  But if he is abusive to canteen staff then there is a good chance he is abusive to all staff. And those people, however talented they are, have no right to be working in a public service.
