Do you think he's guilty or not?
I think he's not guilty, he seems just a caring father for his children and wants to give others a better chance at living and wants to help people out, look at all the work he done for people and all some want to do is get his money.
There's still something creepy about him having young boys staying in the same bed as him, who knows if he done it or not.

£10 says turlough gets banned by xmas
the thing that really makes me question his innocence is the pay out he made the last time he was getting done for child molestation. I think that Michael Jackson, this man who is very proud of his innocence and knows when he is right or not, would not have given in so easily if he was innocent. I believe him to be the sort of man to fight to prove he hadnt done anything wrong. I dont think he is the sort of guy to pay a hell of a lot of his hard earned cash out for something that he says he didnt do.
but then im the sort of person to also wait until someone has been found guilty or not until I make up my mind. However if he pays a cash sum out again this time, i'll have made up my mind.
£20
A man who is over 30 and freely and openly admits he enjoys and shares his bed with kids, a man who invites kids to his house to have sleepovers, a man who has been accused of this before and used a big pay off and a fancy team of lawyers to intimidate the boys family to stop it going to court.......
child molester???
Never:rolleyes:
Plus the mother of this 'victim' now threatened before to sue jackson and did receive a payout from a shopping outlet somewhere.
This family all seems a bit too fishy, just after his money, i do think so.
Also,it happened 3 months ago, why didn't he accusations as soon as it took place?
I don't pay that much attention to lawsuits against rich, but there was one in the early 90's and, as soon as a settlement was reached, the family refused to testify. That caused California to change it's laws so that can't happen again.
It needs looking into. Something is not right.
First up—I should inform you I am a licensed sexual offender specialist.( One of my many accomplishments. Yes—I am self-aggrandizing a bit.)
Before we condemn Michael Jackson we must assume some responsibility for the monster we created. He did not have a chance at a normal life as a teenager and as an adult we made sure he could not even go to church without being swarmed by fans.
His whole life has been filled with huge success and his talent has made many straphangers millionaires many times over. Michael’s whole life has been filled with individuals who come on as friends but their intent is to use him.
He has learned not to trust adults and he has placed his trust in the innocence of children, which looks very unusual to adults watching him.
As for children sleeping in bed with him—it does not bode well for him, but to classify him based on that fact alone is unfair. There are two schools of thought concerning children sleeping in an adult’s bed; One that the adult bed is a sexual place and therefore is off limits to children and the second position is the adult bed is a secure place in a child’s eyes and therefore a safe place, especially at night or during a storm. I support the second position in the face of the whole mental health community in the USA, of which I hold very little respect. If we assume the first position that the adult bed is a sexual place and off limits to children then we must assume that everywhere else adults have sex should be off limits to children and what a mess that would make! (Floors, couches, tables, bathrooms, woods, beaches, etc.) We would not be able to be anywhere with our kids in tow!
Every successful parent I know of has allowed their children to sleep with them at least on occasion and BOTH the child and the parent benefited for the bonding.
The current family accusing Jackson has their own history of scams and fraud against businesses and individuals. They sued and won a $135,000 law suit against a shopping center in California under very questionable circumstances.
Did Jackson molest their son? A court of law needs to investigate that—but my problem with this whole Jackson issue is where were the parents of the children who were sleeping with Jackson—especially after the 1992 case?
Methinks they ALLOWED their children to sleep with him HOPING he would molest them so they could sue.
Very sick, sick adults in my opinion preying on a sick man.
So whoa re the REAL bad guys? (Answer: The parents of the children concerned!)
You have to question the parents, did they meet Jackson and think he was a safe man to allow their kids to be around? Did they go into it with the intention of out of court settelements and launching lawsuits? If the latter is true then its the parents who should find themselves in court.
I wouldn't let my kids anywhere near someone I didn't completely trust, as much as I could anyway. I certainly wouldn't let them be alone with a weirdo like Jackson.
You can spin that round though- if the boy really WAS abused, surely the parents would have pursued Jackson through the courts rather than through the tabloid press.
He paid out because they were talking about his private life, not because of the allegations. Remember no charges, either criminal or civil, were EVER brought.
As for the issue of children sleeping in his room, I agree, it is not desirable and perhaps it should be stopped. But Jackson invites hundreds of impoverished children a year to his theme park, free of charge, so its hard where to draw the line. Personally Im of the opinion that alls well that ends well. I dont think he hurts children, intentionally or otherwise, so I dont think there is a problem.
I would let them visit his theme park, sure. I wouldnt want them to sleep in his bed because I find the idea very distasteful, and I would question any parent who doesnt find the idea distasteful, but I dont think that they would come to any harm.
A freak makes a paedo not.
Its not just the accusations and the obvious he seems to have with sleeping with kids, its the other stuff like hanging babys off balconys etc that makes me wary of him, hes just a wacko and probably should be locked up.
He is mentally disturbed, I dont think anyone disputes that.
But he still hasnt comitted a crime, so why should he be locked up? Hes barmy, but I think hes harmless so thered be no way to section him.
Which Christmas?;)
If it is Christmas thats still seven months too late.
 i thought i was well behaved in this site
firstly parents do have their own children sleeping with them sometimes but any normal, average parent would not allow an unrelated child to sleep with them.
I do not think any parent could let their child stay over hoping he would molest their child, thats just sick tbh.
Yes its the parents fault, why they allow them to sleep with his past reputation is beyond me.
He didn't have a normal life, but that was his parent's fault and not ours. As far as being swarmed by fans, that is part of being an entertainer. If he didn't want that, he should do something else.
I doubt that's the reason he would be a pedophile (if he is). Usually they are former victims who turned into predators. When they cross that line, I have no sympathy for them.
I don't know any men in their forties who go around sleeping with young children. That is unnatural. Parents talking a child into their beds when they are scared is a completely different matter and there is no comparison.
I wonder about that too. We had a case where I live where a crack addict mother let her dealer molest her children in return for drugs so it wouldn't surprise me if parents would do this.
