I don't think I've asked about this before. well, I never drink alcopops but when I have sometimes my chest feels tightened, face and neck gets really hot and red, this also happens, but not as much, after drinking some wines and happens more when drinking those Bailys type drinks. Not sure what it is, I thought maybe to much sugar or something?
