Can you bake a sweet potato in the same way that you would have a jacket potato? Because it would be yummy if you could :yum:

    Roasted sweet potato sliced into 1cm-2cm slices, rubbed with a little olive oil, and roasted with garlic :yum:

    Can you report back if it's a success?

    Yeah sweet potatos are great from baking like you would with a jacket potato.

    Sweet potato chips are nice too :yes:

    I think I'll give it a go at the weekend, I've got a few sweet potatoes left over. It probably won't take as long to do as an actual potato...
    Yes I shall report back, and that roasted sweet potato recipe sounds delicious too. I roasted some butternut squash recently, I could do both at the same time, mmm!

    Yes you can, my housemate does it, it's tasty with peppers and creamcheese.

    can make a nice sweet potato and garlic mash too :yum:

    just boil half normal potatoes & half sweet potatoes and mash 'em up with some garlic and butter etc :)
