hi ,i saw a thread on this ,but cant find it now ,ive been diagnosed with a ferritin level of 7.
heamaglobin is 14 ,which is not low,but is lower than average for me...
i have been dizzy for months,and particularly fatuiged the last two or 3,
does anyone know about this situation ,im sure its these low levels that have caused me to feel like shit for ages ,but everything i read says there are generally no symptoms for low ferritin ,unless one is anemic ,i am not anemic yet,!but i feel i have all the symptoms of it ,the above ,plus shortness of breath,cog fog..etc...anyone who can give me any info ,would be greatly apprieciated..
ps ,i have to take iron for 3 months thanx guys:)
