the US is just looking for an excuse to attack Iran now, if they don't get one then they may well use Israel as a proxy, either way it's not looking pretty....the UN deadline is 21 Feb to stop uranium enrichment, after that expect to hear the war brigade crank it up another notch, they'll pull some flimsy evidence out and then the gloves are off....i can't see a full scale invasion but air strikes are definitely are on the cards, and it wouldn't surprise me if iran retaliated against the ground troops in iraq - why else is bush sending 20,000 extra troops over there?

One things for sure - the US economy could sure use a boost right about now.
