The lunch thread got me thinking..
I only like baked potatoes done in the oven. Is it possible to bake one tonight to completely done and crispy, then let it cool and take it into work tomorrow and just blast it in the microwave for a few minutes? I know it might make the skin a bit soggy but I can cope with that!
