If you had a pub, what would you call it ?
The White Swallow or The Spread Eagle spring to mind
or maybe The Chivalrous Letch after just reading a post.

I think I would probably call mine The Pub. The Pissed-up Twat would be alright I suppose.
Today a friend in math excersises at Uni told me if he ever opens up a bar, he calls it Double Penetration.
There was some backstory with a cocktail he wanted to create, that really fucks you over (in the drinking not the sexual sense)... or something.
I make up a irish pub called "Ye olde tavern". Austrians dig stupid outlandish cultural rip-offs.
Haha, this is true. My fave pub in Austria was called Kenn i' di, how I miss it and its frothy beer
Well, I shouldn't badmouth as I'm in the "Paddy O'Briens" aka Paddys myself frequently. Nothing beats a pint for 1,80€ and shots for 1€
When are you in austria again, love?
And as Leo Sayer put it Evvvvvvvery hour is haaaaaappy hour
This year sometime for sure, I have promised myself! Then we can meet for Kaffee und Kuchen (or beer and those disgusting salamis with ketchup already in the packet) and go skipping through the gardens at the Belvedere
Well, we will do it like I did last year. Take a car battery and an AC/DC 230V transformer (or however you call it). I take my 50W Amplifier with me, we get you an E-Ukulele and play hard tunes in the middle of Schönbrunn, until security removes us.
It's gonna be awesome. Let me know when you've set a date
I would call it "X WING ZOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!"
You're on :thumb: I will let you know soon as!
theres a pub in manchester called The Pub, or else there used to be, just near the footage off oxford road.
my fave pub name round here is "The Fanny Grey" always makes me chuckle, its got a picture of a horse on it as well.
Theres also "The little white horse" which has a MASSIVE horse thing stuck on the side, kinda ironic, its even bigger than a real size horse.
my pub would be called "The Bottle Top" purely because it was the first place i ever got served for underage alcohol in.
Weird!!
I wonder if it lives up to its name...
I thought that was a rather excellent name.
So if they were looking for a new landlady.... Landlady required to keep The Old Cock Inn !
Yeah, I'd love to see that
Happy?
