    I had KFC :S

But in fairness, it's all i ate today. I had to starve myself for a gastroscopy so i decided to treat myself to some crap when i was (finally!) allowed to eat at 5.30pm!

ohh poor you how did it go? i had one on friday.

you should've been able to have some breakfast..

It was horrible :( But it's over now, and i just have to wait for the results to the biopsy. They messed up my arm while i was having the sedation done though, grr.

My appointment was for 2.15, so i would have had to be up quite early to eat breakfast and then go to work - and i couldn't be bothered to get up, plus if i eat first thing then i'm always starving by lunchtime, whereas if i don't bother i can usually go straight through without eating.

    How was yours?

LOL, it would be a bit weird to see a kebab shop out there. Where's the nearest one?

I'm having coq au vin tonight, it's in the slow cooker as we speak and it smells gorgeous.

Morgans Vale/Woodfalls actually. Where there used to be a village petrol station/shop/Post Office.

There now an Indian, a Chinese and a kebab house.

Still to far for me though.
