You need to be careful with your use of refugee and asylum seeker.

It is asylum seekers who will no longer have free english classes, but asylum seekers are the people who have no yet been given permission to stay in this country.

sorry my mistake it's still out of order though, how are they supposed to put across their asylum claim or be told by a doctor about possible injuries they have suffered if they can't understand english, it puts an unfair burden on their children to interpret for them, especially if a parent has been raped or tortured

But you're not going to be able to teach them that level of english in the time frame involved anyway.

It's atrociously bad practise to use children to interpret for official stuff anyway.
