I really wouldn't recommend it. Bacterial infections in the vagina can be really nasty. The other way round is fine... but you certainly shouldn't be putting anything from arse to any other orifice without washing it first.

I know theres lots of people who will probably argue and say it's the worst case scenario... but you seriously do NOT want to have a vaginal infection.
