How should I tell people im gay?
![Former Member](https://us.v-cdn.net/6030621/uploads/defaultavatar/nJHX7Z3NJVPO4.jpg)
Ive recently come to terms with myself about my true sexuality, and have decided that Iam gay. To be honest Ive known for the last 2 years but could never accept it. I dont know how to approach people about it as I fear it will damage my reputation as I am popular and a good sports player. I would greatly appreciate as much advice as possible, however I feel a bit uneasy with people seeing advice directed towards me. Therefore I would appreciate it if you could email me at stunjnr@hotmail.com as I still feel vunerable and confused.
Thanks Everyone

So as Balddog says, you don't need to tell anyone.

Well, because If you have told everyone (consciously or unconsciously) that you are straight, you want them to know the truth one day or another, don't you??
Ive never told anyone im straight, they might have assumed it...I dont see the need to tell everyone he is gay. Im sure they will figure it out when they see his boyfriend, same as they figured he was straight if they saw his gf in the past.
Tell your mum, dad, brothers and sisters etc. Tell your mates.
Theres no set way they'll react but if they've got your best interests at heart they come around.
