Anybody know how to change lots of text from upper case into lower case, without typing it all out again?

Im sure there is a way to do it someone has shown me before, but i cant work out how to do it for my life this evening :banghead:

Any ideas guys?

    Select all
    SHIFT + F3 to toggle through upper / lower / capitalised text.

    Highlight the text you want changing, go in to format along the toolbar and select font. There should be a tick box called "All Caps" select this.

    Job done :D
