    I know you said that getting one-on-one time was difficult, but there must be some time you both are free. Bite the bullet and ask her out for a coffee/lunch/a drink. That way you can get to know her and take it from there.

    take a chance but try not to fall to deep so you don't end up getting hurt
    you should do things now while you have the chance rather than regret it all your life because you will never know if you and her were meant to be and how things could have worked out

    Kinda. But at least figure out what went wrong last time, why you didn't end up with her, and if i was something you did, then try and do it differently this time. Did you not make it obvious that you liked her until it was too late, for example? Did you put too much pressure on yourself? Or was it simply that she didn't feel the same way? The first two are things you can learn from, and of course the last one is something that's just how it goes sometimes.
