out of the three... bbc best, channel 4 good, itv sucks.

my personal opinion, but probably also the order of who has the greatest funding. Then again, I've always thought itv was a bit shit all round

Channel4 and ITV news use the same content, they're both ITN.

For television media, BBC and Sky News are best for domestic and CNN for international. Out of the newspapers Times and Telegraph. The International Herald Tribune is excellent for international news and very impartial.

BBC, CNN, Al Jazera, and of course, CCTV. Yay China! (They have some seriously good programs on the one we get here.)

Non-partisan news companys that sell raw news and leave it up to their customers to put their political own slant on the editorial are the best to go for ... certainly online news sources like Reuters are good.

I prefer Channel 4 for daytime news. BBC is best overall, can't beat watching BBC news 24 in an insomniac state.

    ITV is just tabloid-esque shite.

what i was thinking is that itv is crap, channel 4 is usually quite good, and bbc is the one that trys to be unbiased on what it shows. i just feel that the bbc is very selective on what it does actually broadcast.

and regional news is almost as bad as itv.

It really is  ITV news is an embarrassment, they should be ashamed.

I tend to watch the hour-long 6 'o' clock news on the BBC, Newsnight and not a lot else. I hate to miss Look North, I adore Carol Malia

BBC has gone down hill since they got that Robinson bloke in, he is far too right-wing tabloid style for my liking........

    That is SO TRUE.

The whole of ITV isn't much better.
