Hiya. I was diagnosed with IBS about 5-6months ago. Though don't even know if that's official as he just checked my tummy by feeling my bowels then I told him what symptons I've been getting and he said it does sound like IBS so he give me a box of peppermint oil capsules. Saying he wanted to start me on a natural remedy…

Well I have been to the Docs, he still thinks it's IBS, I was hoping I would be prescribed some antibiotics but no, some other IBS tablets. He was very nice though and said we'll do what we can to get to the bottom of it (no pun!). I have to go for blood and stool tests tomorrow and go back in a month.
