how can i boost the performance of my wireless pcmcia card or of my wireless bt voyager 2500v router.

    really basic one, but you can try moving it closer to your PC if possible

    what channel will send out the strongest signal.o

    i also have a flat mate with an xbox360+wireless, will it autoconfigure cos i can't find how you change the wireless channel.

    it's a strange configuration, his xbox is up 4 flights of stairs & seems to get good signal, but i can't get a decent and consistent signal on my new laptop on the first floor.

    try either the lowest or higest channels possible - the ones inbetween use interfer with loads of other things
