Speech for the bride!

I am chief bridesmaid in less than 2 weeks and idrunkenly said I'd do a speech for her. Non of her family will say anything on her part as they are deeply religous and have only just about agreed to come to the reception as she's marrying out of her race and religion.
Anyone got any tips? I cant be sexist, racist or rude, so what's left?!
Where do i start, whats in the middle and how do i round it off?
Help please!

    Maybe start with how you met the bride, nice things she has done for you in the past or just general positive reflections? Then perhaps something about the groom and them as a couple (best not to say he's a class A twat if he is one ;) )
