I got my council tax bill this morning but because i am a full time student doesnt this mean i can get a reduction or it paid for?? Does anyone know how i can go about this???

    Get it stamped/signed by your uni. Then you'll be exempted.

    Each person living in the house will need to do this, or they'll get named on the bill.

    We did it online with our student numbers. Ring up the council and ask what they need you to do. Or do the above.

    ETA: In fact, just read the letter and the enclosed leaflets telling you what to do in this circumstance.
