    Everywhere has a McDonalds. I bet they even have a Mini McDonalds for the workers in the McDonalds staff rooms these days.

    Go them! I bet North Korea don't got one too. And of course... Cuba. :D I really hope Cuba hasn't given in.

    And Chechnya doesn't have one! But... they don't have much of ANYTHING there. Like buildings anymore.

    And I am guessing that Vietnam probably hasn't.
