What shall I make?

I want to make some cakes or sweets or something but not sure what. Victoria sponge is a bit boring but the Pimp My Snack items, which have been posted here before are a bit tricky as I don't have too much time. Any ideas?

I didn't use the exact right ingredients and it still tastes good. Didn't have golden castor sugar so used half normal castor sugar and half ight soft brown sugar, used two instead of three eggs, used stork margarine instead of unsalted butter etc. Most recipes can be adapted and still be really good!!

I'm sure they'll taste good!
