Well lots of foreplay to start with, keep it fun, sex shouldn't be serious.
On the question of how long sex should last, well it depends what mood she's in, a guy cuming too quickly can be really annoying but equally a guy who can't cum is just as bad.
Try shallow thrusts with a few deep one's thrown in for good measure!! And rotate as well as going in and out.
Just practice lots - its fun and you'll soon find out what she likes. Try different things and if all else fails just ask her what she wants.
But a safe bet is lots of oral sex - not that many girls cum during penetrartion.

Tbh, the grinding thing is pretty good. Just try it slowly and stop if you get dizzy!

Other than that, I find through discussion with my girlfriends that we all like different things, and we have different preferences as to how hard or fast those things are done. There is no magic answer!

Communicate with your girlfriend. Some girls feel embarassed talking about sex, or even don't know what they like until they've tried it, so experiment too and ask her what she feels.

And remember, sex is a two-way thing, so you can always gently suggest ways that she can make it hotter for you too!
