What is implantation bleeding?

I just want to know what is implantation bleeding? Are there any side effects? Is it something I need to worry about? How long does implantation bleeding last?

If you're bleeding, contact your midwife.

You should seek advise from your midwife or doctor if you don't have one yet if you have any bleeding.
It could just be just that (inplantation bleeding) or it could be something else.
