    Anti-oxidants in food. My friend gobbles on seeds, nuts, smoothies, puts aloe vera juice in her smoothies, fresh fish, olive oil, white tea/green tea, pomegranate juice and her skin is amazingly radiant.

    SPF in the skin cream - make sure it protects against UVA rays as well as UVB as that's what causes aging.

    Lots of water, good dental care, little/no cigarettes etc

    I'd recommend using eye cream :yes:

    I've only just started in the last year but it makes a difference and I read recently that it is important from your twenties onwards. I had a Nivea one which was excellent and now I'm using a cheap basic one from Boots that is excellent considering the price.
