    Miscarriages don't just happen overnight. How long a miscarriage lasts varies person to person.

    Mine lasted two weeks.

    yeah, I should be 8 weeks, but ive just been bleeding/spotting. they gave me a scan last week and they said either im less far along than I thought, or the babys not developing properly as there was no heartbeat. they said it could have been too early to tell, and said not to lose hope, so ive been kind of in limbo all week, not knowing one way or the other, which has been awful. Went back to the hospital and they did a blood test to measure my hormones which are low and dropping fast, which indicates a miscarriage :(
    Were both gutted. It was really really wanted, but NMM has just been the best, most supportive boyfriend i could ever ask for, and my mum has been great too, so im bearing up.

    Even though I can't even begin to imagine how terribly upset and cheated you must both be feeling; there has to be a lot of comfort in being able to lean on one another, you're gonna muddle on through together by looking after each other I'm sure. :heart:
