Went out for a meal for DINNER. had lemon and black pepper chicken, new potatos and brocolli. I call mealtimes BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER. anything in between does not get called anything but a snack.

The advantage with naming the various snack/mealtimes between mains is the right to take a drink with a meal, but to randomly drink in the daytime is just not proper.
