Black eye!

Hey guys

I was drunkenly messing around with a friend last night and ended up being dropped onto a set of metal bars that cover a pond.... I woke up this morning with the biggest shiner you've ever seen!

Anybody can give me some advice? How long do they last for, what can I do to reduce the swelling/discolouration.....

    Arnica cream, get yourself some of that and you should be shiner-less in a couple of days.

    Couple of DAYS? fantastic - i thought iwas looking at a matter of weeks! Can you buy it over the counter? Or do you need to go to a homeopathic sshop?

    I got some from boots, so should just be over the counter. I also highly rate it. Made my punch bruise go right down quickly.

    Yeah Boots do it, you can get it in health/homeopathic shops too though.
