There is.

We get the British ringing during the day, during the early night we have the Americans ringing up and later on, around now, we have filing and mail franking and general admin stuff to do. We also have to be there in case someone needs breakdown assistance or stuff like that.

Never usually.

I normally work part time evenings while I am at university.

Couple of sickness bugs going round and one of the staff is off for a fortnight with it so I'm helping out. Only two staff work overnight anyway so if one is absent its too busy and health and safety laws too.

Ah, well. good thing it isn't a regular thing though! I admire people who do night shifts. it would just mess up my sleeping pattern and I would be really unproductive until I could get things back on track.. and then again it's time for the night shift. argh, I really couldn't do it!
