Not yet but i've seen Mall Rats and Dogma and those guys rule!

Well I loved both Dogma and Mall Rats but I didn't like the movie Jay and Silent Bob. It just seemed to drag... but to give it some credit I think that I would have liked it a couple of years ago. My younger sister was with me and loved it.
At one point ben affleck looks at the screen and says "who would pay to see a jay and silent bob movie?" and I have to say I agree with him. The movie should have ended at that point in my opinion.
But I also know a lot of people who really liked it so hopefully you'll be one of them and in that case can ignore everything I just said...

Just to let you people know that Jay & Bob were in more than Mallrats and Dogma.....they also appear in Clerks and Chasing Amy (not to mention a little cameo in Scream3). Watch them in order: Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Dogma and then Jay & Bob Strike Back. They all fit together - kind of!?
Plus! you have to watch Mallrats all the way to the end credits, as you will see that the Suzanne the monkey is there walking down the highway with Jay & Bob.

I haven't seen it but my brother, who is generally reliable in such matters, tells me its great, so I may well make an effort to watch it.

To be fair to the film I think that it would have been really funny if you have seen all of the Jay and Silent Bob movies. They draw a lot of their jokes from past films. Since I've only seen dogma and mall rats I didn't get half the jokes and I think that was the reason I didn't enjoy it...
