The lovely Condolezza Rice is on our shores at the moment and she has made some rather amusing comments:
President Bush has stated unequivocally, as have I, that the United States is a nation of laws and we do not tolerate any American at home or abroad engaging in acts of torture," Ms Rice said.

"We also have no desire to be the world's jailer. We want the terrorists we capture to stand trial for their crimes," she said.

    Jack Straw has repeatedly boasted that him and Condi share a "special" political friendship. What does that mean? Try and find pictures of the two of them together - they look like love-lorn teenagers! :p

    However, this visit seems a waste of time.

    Thats a picture of the State Department's "Show and Tell" day. Condi is showing off her Jack Straw doll to the assembled staffers. All camera's were confiscated though just before she pulled the string on his back to wow the crowd with the impressive array of soundbites programmed into him.

    There's no doubt Condoleeza Rice has done a lot with her life, she's risen up against a lot to get to where she is today in a very divided country. In a sense, I admire her personally but despise the administration to which she belongs to.
