Some legendary games, Gotta be between Champ Man (around 01/02) or the GTA series. Can't diss legendary games like James Pond and the Mario series. My flatmate has a ton of old consoles in his room, we need to get them out for a session :D

    It is easily worth it.

As well as being fun normally, the bugs make it funnier. Plus Multi Theft Auto on SA will be super fun.

Probably the original Mortal Kombat (on Amiga I think, or maybe PC. Definitely PC) then Micro Machines on PS and lastly, Tekken 5 on PS2

NES Mario 3. I once played it over and over and over again for 7 straight hours. I wonder why I still like it actually.

And NES Tetris because I am better than anybody. Ever.

Not lines/levels, points. All I know is the first number was 2. It was a bad day when the castle didn't lift off. But it has to be the NES version.

I've yet to meet somebody that can beat me. Even the stoner acid freaks who played it more than they breathed. Cuz I rock. And thats what makes me sad.

ETA: Tetris and Track and Field were the only games I played when I was younger (cuz we lost the gun for duck hunt) Then as I grew older I still played tetris as I finally gave up on t&f becasue I couldn't press a fast enough to get over the pole jump.

Its always going to be command and conquer, the original classic.

I think it must have been some 11 years ago now. I would probably spend more time playing that game, than I spent in school that day.

To this day, I can close my eyes and still remember bits and pieces of different maps and intro movies to that game.

I used to think that I wasted my childhood playing games. But after a discussion with a friend, I realised that it was the way I learned to systematically play levels, build structures and explore maps that might have lead me to my degree and other computer knowledge.

But then maybe the geekyness was already there? and it just had to find an outlet.

I don't have NES tetris...only SNES and original gameboy.
Can never remember bloody points but the best I've got is level 17 or 18. Some stupidly high number.
Been beaten in 2 player about 3 times in my life as far as I remember and that's cause I watch the other persons screen and tell them where to put their blocks...
Then I forget about my game and it screws up... :yeees:

You're either joking or confused. Ocarina of time wasn't on any game boy.

Sonic 1+2 - Mega Drive (I'm sure I could still remember all of the cheats too)
Streets of Rage 2 - Mega Drive
    Micro Machines - Mega Drive
Brian Lara Cricket- Mega Drive (resurrected at Uni)
    Mario Kart - SNES
    Metal Gear Solid - PS1
    Crash Team Racing - PS1
    ISS 2 - PS1
    GoldenEye - N64
Most of these are for their pure fun factor on multiplayer.

Just found out...! Its *actually* a sound error (odd, I know) and it dislikes hardware acceleration. So I had to turn it off. Works now.

my best friend had an atari and we had that game. We played it for ages. They also had football on it and a couple of others but it was basically EXACTLY the same game with a different name!
