    My dad had hassel in a restruant with scottish money and they had to accept it because that was all he had and he had already eatten.

    I've never had any problems, anyways. I don't understand why people would think twice about whether to except scottish notes or not. Not like it's a different currency.

    English people dont' like accepting them as they are easier to fake or something - possibly harder to spot a fake. If you have loads your best bet is to get them changed up in a bank because loads of places wont' take them.

    Why is whoever it is going to the American Embassy to get a visa (unless its like some uber special visa)???

    London is lovely but uber expensive - especailly to live here......
