I really can't think of anything that offensive.

Bad drivers and parents that can't control their screaming crying annoying brats offend me to the point I wouldn't mind whacking them, but thats about it.

some people deal with things by joking about them, and these kind of people can't offend me. they can poke fun at death, illness, bad situations, good situations... whatever. i don't mind. sometimes life is funny. and sometimes life is horrific and you have to laugh or you'd never stop crying.

I get offended easily, tbh, it's one of my flaws I think, I take things too seriously. Its generally what people have said though, someone bad-mouthing my family or my close friends, and when people in disadvantaged positions are offended, ie: children (kid porn offends BIG time), people who live in poverty, subnormal IQ, racial minority, etc.

having a sense of goodness in your heart is becoming increasingly difficult these days.
there is a bob dylan line that goes ...
i used to care ...but things have changed.
this simple line comes to mind often because of what appears to be an ever growing army who see this as their daily motto.
but then it is very difficult to only do business with people you like.

I sadly agree, that's why I have taken up work with families. I know its kinda sad.. I'm not going to stop things from collapsing if they're going to, but at least I know I'll have done my part.
