    Jam has seeds though and jelly does not (here) and I dont like seeds so its all about the jelly. (but not grape cuz thats gross)

    that's our jam. and you can get seedless jam. :p

    our jelly is that wibbly stuff you have for pudding (nice with icecream!).

    eta: and no i don't think it's really a british thing! though depends on individual taste.

    umm..well in that link it says gelatin - jelly and gelatin are different.

    you must know what i mean..the kind of jelly you have at parties? or maybe you don't in america.

    Can you show me a picture? I can't think of eanything really like that that isn't gelitan based. But I'm slow. I tried searching "jelly" with pictures, but just got what I know of jelly, and some porn looking things.

    i couldn't find anything when i searched jelly either really - other than jelly beans!

    well jelly will have gelatin in, but gelatin on it's own i believe is used for different things. i.e. making flans.

    Yeah, ok I know now, it is jello, but just a better explination really :p Its more of the weird thing grandma brings to christmas than a party food though :p

    you can by it in granules and mix it with hot water and put in the fridge or in cube form where you melt the cubes and put in the fridge.
