I despise pancakes - really do.

Don't know why. Perhaps it's my school's fault - their pancakes can make the toughest guy cry.

Normally, syrup, jam or something equally unadventurous.
This year... I don't know yet. It depends what I can find in the kitchen.

If I have scotch pancakes, then I have nothing on them. If I have savoury pancakes, then I usually have sugar & lemon sauce/juice on them.

Sugar and lemon, and chocolate and banana, in a ratio of 4pancakes:1pancake in one sitting.
I once had a strawberry and cream pancake which was delish mmmm.

    Sugar and lemon wins though.

Golden syrup and lemon is what I've always had on my pancakes since I was small. I don't like sugar because it goes crunchy.

I ate 11 in about five minutes just before, 5 with lemon and sugar, 5 with lime and sugar and one with Damson jam. :yum:

The real feast happens later - time for the pancake tossing contest when the last of the tossers, er, flatmates gets back. :hyper:

I only ever have lemon and sugar. And I have them as my main meal. Not that I think either way is right or wrong, it's just that I have a small stomach, and if I had them just for pudding I would only be able to eat a couple. I want to pig out on pancakes since I don't think about eating them the rest of the year! :yum:

cinnamon sugar! it's the future :yum:

pancakes for all parts of every meal on pancake day. why limit yourself to just having them for pudding? (or dessert, if you're posh :p )

Your pancakes are more like the french crepes from what I believe, all thin and lovely and such?

Do you suffer from the nasty american (and whoever else, I dont know) version of the nasty thick fluffy pancakes? vomits

Anyways, on crepes, I love just butter sugar and a dab of maple syrup. The man makes them on sundays and they are delicious :yum:
