Have you got one? Some habits, some things you do every night before going to bed? Me it's mostly some videos and spliffs... Sometimes just spliffs...

Have shower, wash face, cuddle and... sleep!
Usually it takes me around half an hour from the time I go to bed till I fall asleep.
