    having said that, my grandma had 5 sisters and 3 brothers, and she always tries to tell me it gets easier the more there are. then again, she also claims eggs don't go off, so i'm not sure to what extent i trust her!

    Probably sitting wishing my men situation wasn't so effing complicated.

    And again, another single Valentine's Day for Franki. And again, she'll be the one sitting in the corner being bitter, 'cause the whole family has other halves. Hurray!

    Ah yes I remember that feeling on to well, the last time was in 2003 when I was 19 years old.

    Come on Franki, cheer up your 4 years younger then me, it is hard when your 17 and everyone you know seems to have other halves.

    my girlfriend is cooking my a cake. im not sure what im doing for her. shes miffed at me because last year we said we wouldnt get each other presents and i got her one anyway :p

    Me and the gf are cooking a meal together (im doing the starter and main and shes doing desert).
    Ive also got her a silver love heart, but she doesnt know abut this yet so shh :)

    Not much. I wont be going out if I can help it, I can't think of anything worse than sitting in an overbooked restaurant being hurried by the waiter/waitress because they have your table booked for after you leave, and are trying to get you out as soon as possible, eating their "Valentine's Special" (a.k.a we only prepare the same meal over and over because we are lazy) which is priced at more than what they normally charge because its a special day.

    I suspect cooking of a tasty meal, having a bottle of wine and snuggling on the sofa with a DVD will be the plan of action.

    Nothing for the actual day, as I'm at uni until 7.30pm so by the time I get back to my flat get ready etc... it going to be at least 8 if not 8.30pm. So we are going to go out at the weekend instead.
