    The best thing was definately being able to eat shit loads of food, seeing the family and more importantly, my sister (for the first time in four months).

    The only bad thing is mother likes to watch TV all day Christmas day, and rarely intends to do much else :|

    Best : Seeing the Mini-Ninjas faces when they saw all that Santa had left them.

    Worst : Fucking up on a monumental scale making it probably the last Xmas with the wife.

    best: the food (omg, i LOVE christmas dinner), presents (either i'm getting less fussy/more easily impressed, or my presents were especially awesome and well-thought-out this year), time off work and seeing everyone i don't normally get to see. also my cousin getting (secretly, so shhhhhh) engaged to a really cool guy that she totally deserves.

    worst: getting out of hospital the day before christmas eve and having a million things to do, therefore having fuck all presents to give to people, which they didn't mind, given the circumstances, but it still made me feel bad when they'd got me really nice things. then getting a cold sore, then a cold, then tonsilitis, then a tummy bug (thankfully not until after christmas, but still not really ideal). also getting lectures off various people. christmas = not the time for it. if you must lecture, could you at least wait until the new year? gawd.

    Best - food (i made Christmas dinner all by myself :D), giving presents, our first married Christmas, alone in our own house :)

    Worst - there wasn't anything really, it was weird being away from family, but not really a horrid thing as something fabby counteracted it. if that makes sense.
